These classes are designed for mothers who are
about to return to work or school. All classes are taught by experienced nurses and/or lactation consultants and are
offered monthly. A donation of $10 is requested.
The class covers preparing to go back to work, expression/pumping, to supplement or not to supplement, maintaining a
healthy milk supply, tips on juggling work and breastfeeding and more.
